Hi! My name is Taylor Dammann. I am a 19-year-old aspiring artist currently living on Long Island. For quite some time now I thought it would be kind of fun and interesting to start up a blog of my own. Naturally, I wanted to start up a blog as a way to showcase my art and keep people up to date with what I was working on. Then, I thought it would also be pretty cool to be able to share some of my techniques and talk about all of the things that inspire me to be creative. So I started working from there. It was a long process and after so many design changes, here it is finally. You can expect to see a lot of different things on this blog. For the most part I will be posting pictures of my work and then I will talk a bit about them, as well as other projects that I'll be working on. I have a huge range of artistic and creative mediums that I like to work with and I'm always trying out new techniques, so that means that you'll see a very interesting variety of artwork here. Though I'm very much inspired by art and other artists, they're not going to be the only things that I'll talk about. Since there's so much that I'm inspired by you'll see me talking about movies, music, fashion, television shows,pop culture, books, photography, people, places, and anything that I think is creative or simply inspiring. So if you're into the arts, creativity or any of those things that I just listed, I promise you'll get enjoyment out of reading my blog. I'm so excited! I can't wait to start posting some pretty pictures very soon, but for now here's my favorite picture of me when I was little. It perfectly shows just how long I've been drawing and how much I love art.
